Meet the people behind Bradleys Mortgages

I joined Bradleys Financial Management in February 2026, bringing over 24 years of experience in the financial services industry. What motivates me most is helping people — both our customers and colleagues — achieve their goals, while ensuring the customer remains at the centre of everything we do.

I take great pride in seeing others succeed, whether that’s supporting colleagues as they grow in confidence and develop their careers, or helping customers secure their dream home when they thought it might not be possible. Being part of those achievements is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role.

My aim at Bradleys is to treat every customer as though they were a member of my own family, providing support, guidance, and protection throughout their homeownership journey. Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active at the gym, going to the cinema, following Manchester United, and spending time with family and friends.

I’ve been part of Bradleys Financial Management for three years and currently work as the full time Office Manager. I take huge pride in supporting both the mortgage team and our clients, and I get real satisfaction from seeing cases progress from application right through to completion.

I enjoy being at the heart of the process and helping clients get over the line, knowing how important their mortgage journey is to them. Organisation, clear communication, and teamwork are at the core of everything I do.

Outside of work, I’m a mum to three grown up children (aged 17, 26 and 29) and also mum to two much loved Shih Tzus. I love painting, cooking, and spending time socialising with friends whenever I get the chance.

I’m a Mortgage Advisor and have been with Bradleys for 29 years, a journey that has allowed me to help hundreds of clients achieve their property goals. I genuinely love what I do and find the role incredibly rewarding, particularly when helping first time buyers or clients who feel they’re in a difficult position and believe there’s no way forward.

One of the most satisfying parts of my job is helping people out of situations they thought were impossible and guiding them through to a successful outcome. I pride myself on being approachable, supportive, and solution focused, always taking the time to understand each client’s circumstances and provide clear, practical advice.

Outside of work, I love travelling and consider myself a real foodie, enjoying cooking as a way to relax. I’m a big fan of speedway motorcycling and rugby, proudly supporting Exeter Chiefs, and I have a strong interest in World War II history. I also enjoy socialising with friends, walking, and spending time surrounded by the South West’s beautiful countryside and coastline.

I’ve been working in the mortgage and protection industry since 2017 and have been part of the Bradleys team for four years. I’m CeMAP authorised and truly love helping people find the right mortgage and protection solutions to suit their individual needs.

I’m passionate about making the mortgage process as clear, supportive, and stress free as possible, and I take pride in building strong relationships with my clients along the way.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, Lego, walking and bike riding, travelling to new places, crafting, watching movies, and spending time with my family.

I’ve been a Mortgage Advisor with Bradleys for 7 years, and I genuinely love helping people achieve what is often the biggest purchase of their lives. I see my role not just as arranging a mortgage, but as helping clients make their dreams a reality and supporting them through every stage of the journey.

I pride myself on building long term relationships with my clients, being someone they can return to time and time again, knowing they’ll receive honest, supportive advice whenever they need it.

Outside of work, I love to travel, with America being a firm favourite — especially New York and Florida. I’m also part of a local theatre group, enjoy long walks and bike riding, and am part of a social tabletop gaming group, which keeps life busy and varied outside the office.

I’m a Mortgage Advisor and have been with Bradleys for 30 years, a career that has given me the opportunity to support a huge number of clients through one of the most important decisions they will ever make. What I enjoy most about my role is working with people who have little or no understanding of mortgages or the buying process and guiding them from that first conversation right through to moving into a home they truly love.

I get a great deal of satisfaction from helping clients build confidence as they go through the journey. Watching someone start out feeling unsure and then successfully complete their purchase, knowing they’ve been supported every step of the way, is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. I pride myself on being patient, approachable, and clear in my advice, always making sure clients fully understand their options and feel comfortable with the decisions they’re making.

Outside of work, I’m a big rugby fan and proudly support Exeter Chiefs. I also enjoy socialising with friends, good food and drink, and making the most of my time off with holidays whenever I can.

I’ve been a Mortgage Advisor with Bradleys for 9 years, and I really enjoy being trusted to get on with the job and treat it as my own business. Every day brings something different, and that’s one of the things I love most about the role — the huge variety of people, situations, and mortgage needs keeps the work interesting and rewarding.

I firmly believe there’s always a solution when it comes to mortgages, no matter how complex the circumstances may seem. You never quite know who will walk through the door on any given day, and I take great pride in helping clients find the right outcome for them. Seeing clients return time and time again, as well as being recommended through referrals, is something I value hugely, and at the end of each day I like to know I’ve done my very best.

Outside of work, I value switching off and recharging. I enjoy taking my dog for walks along the beach, where the peace and quiet is a welcome contrast to the busy pace of work. I also enjoy listening to music, cycling, spending time in the countryside and fresh air, gardening and DIY — all of which help clear my head. I’m also a fan of motorsport and enjoy following Welsh rugby… no matter how painful it can be sometimes!

I’ve worked with Bradleys Financial Management for 20 years and have spent the last two years as a Mortgage Advisor, helping clients through what can often be one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. I particularly enjoy supporting people who feel nervous or uncertain, helping them leave with confidence, clarity, and peace of mind.

I’m passionate about helping First Time Buyers understand the mortgage process and guiding them every step of the way. I also enjoy working with clients who believe they have limited options, finding solutions that help them move forward and achieve their goals.

Every client is unique, and I take pride in providing advice tailored to their individual circumstances. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, walking my Romanian rescue dog, and relaxing with a good book.

I’m a Mortgage Advisor and have been with Bradleys Financial Management since September 2011, a journey that has enabled me to support a wide range of clients through one of life’s most important financial decisions. Outside of work, I enjoy spending as much time as possible on the Cornish beaches with my wife, Anita, and our two boys. I’m a retired rugby player from my beloved OPM RFC and still enjoy watching as much rugby as I can.

I have spent the past 25 years helping people buy their homes in Plymouth. Over that time, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, and I’m passionate about making the mortgage process as clear, straightforward, and tailored as possible.

Outside of work, I’ve called Plymouth home since 1980, when I first moved here to attend university—where I met my wife, Christianne. We now have three sons. Before my career in financial services, I served in the Royal Navy, transitioning into the industry in the early 1990s.

In my spare time, I’m passionate about martial arts and hold a second dan black belt in kickboxing. I’m also a keen rugby fan, proudly supporting Munster and Ireland—which creates plenty of friendly rivalry in the office!

I’m a Mortgage and Protection Advisor at The Mortgage Place, and I’m passionate about helping clients achieve their goal of owning a home while ensuring they are fully protected for the future. I pride myself on delivering clear, high-quality advice that not only supports you in securing your property but also gives you peace of mind should the unexpected happen.

My approach is always personal and professional, taking the time to understand your circumstances and provide tailored solutions that truly fit your needs. I’m proud that many of my clients return time and again and recommend me to their friends, family, and colleagues—something I see as a real reflection of the service I provide.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, and our three children, making the most of the beautiful Devon and Cornwall coastline and the Moors. When I get a bit of downtime, I enjoy live music, football, badminton, and fishing. I’m also a dedicated Arsenal fan—which definitely helps keep my sense of humour well exercised!

I joined Bradleys in October 2025 and work part time as a Mortgage Administrator, supporting the team with the smooth progression of mortgage cases. One of the things I enjoy most about my role is the variety — no two days are ever the same. I like being able to get on with my work, check in with others across the team, and feel genuinely involved in everything that’s going on.

I really value being part of a supportive, collaborative team and enjoy contributing behind the scenes to help ensure cases move forward efficiently and clients are kept informed throughout their mortgage journey.

Outside of work, I love reading and gardening, and I’m a big fan of listening to old rave music. I also enjoy generally chilling and unwinding, which helps me recharge and keep a good balance.

I joined Bradleys in September 2025 and work as a Mortgage Administrator, supporting both our mortgage advisors and clients throughout the mortgage journey. What I enjoy most about my role is helping people progress their mortgage applications and seeing cases through to mortgage offer. Knowing I’ve played a part in helping someone move one step closer to their new home is incredibly rewarding.

I also really value the positive atmosphere and team spirit within the office. The supportive environment makes a big difference, especially when working through busy periods, and it’s something I genuinely enjoy being part of.

Outside of work, I’m a big football fan and love both playing and watching the game, proudly supporting Arsenal. I also enjoy getting out for walks and spending time at the gym, which helps me stay active and unwind.

I’m a Mortgage Administrator and have been with the company for just over 2 years, a role that allows me to support clients throughout every stage of their journey. I genuinely enjoy what I do, especially speaking with people, learning new things each day, and being part of the process from booking their initial appointment right through to receiving a mortgage offer and moving into their new home.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and making the most of the outdoors, whether that’s walking, running, swimming, or sea swimming. I also love spending time in the sun, socialising with friends, and listening to music.

I’ve worked with Bradleys Financial Management for 28 years and currently work part time as a Mortgage Administrator and Team Leader. Over the years, I’ve enjoyed every aspect of my role and feel privileged to help people realise their dreams, whether they’re buying their first home or moving on to the next chapter.

With many years of experience behind me, I pride myself on supporting both clients and colleagues, sharing knowledge, and helping ensure the highest standards across the team.

Outside of work, I enjoy holidays, walking, swimming, reading, eating out, and spending quality time with my family and friends.

I’ve been with Bradleys for 18 months and have spent the last nine months working full time within Bradleys Financial Management as a Mortgage Administrator. I really enjoy speaking with clients, getting to know them, and booking their mortgage appointments — being one of the first points of contact is something I take pride in.

I love helping clients feel comfortable and confident from the very beginning of their mortgage journey and enjoy being part of a team that supports them every step of the way.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, especially holidays to Portugal and Greece. I also love going out for food and drinks with family and friends and making the most of my time off.

I’m a Mortgage Administrator and have been with the company for 2 and a half years, a role that allows me to support clients through one of the most exciting milestones in their lives. I genuinely love what I do, especially helping first time buyers and sharing in their excitement as they receive their mortgage offer and the keys to their first home.

One of the most rewarding parts of my role is being part of that journey from the beginning and seeing how happy clients are when everything comes together. I take pride in being supportive, approachable, and ensuring the process feels as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Outside of work, I enjoy baking (and often bring my creations into the office), keeping up with sports like rugby and tennis, and have recently got back into playing netball. At weekends, if the weather is good, I love heading out with my boyfriend on his Ducati Monster – which he keeps threatening to sell, but I won’t let him!
